Initially the East Timor Fairtrade coffee was pretty much the only certified Fairtrade coffee we could readily get our hands on. Such has been the popularity of the notion of Fairtrade it has forced others origins to get in on the act.

Now we have access to Certified Fairtraded coffee from the Dominican Republic, Papua New Guinea and Nicaragua. These are absolutely beautiful coffees and a far cry from the quality of what was on offer at during 2004. I’ve started to compile tasting notes for these coffee’s and will post them in the not too distant future.
