Emma gets a one group Synesso

Emma recently unveiled her very own one group Synesso Cyncra for home, sending a wave of jealousy not only throughout Five Senses, but beyond the walls of our business.
Emma’s Synesso is actually the first one group Cyncra in Australia, and the first factory-fitted one group with a hot water spout in the world.
About a year ago we all swore we heard a background choir strike a perfect chord as the Five Senses Synesso was lifted to freedom and fired up for the first time in Western Australia. It’s true to say that Emma’s experience at home was very similar.
Emma and Chris have owned a faithful little Gaggia for many years, which (in Emma’s phraseology) “used to make liquid gold”. But the Synesso has brought a whole new level of brilliance to the household especially with the consistent ‘God shots’ she’s been pulling. The Gaggia has been retired as the holiday camping machine.
The Synesso arrived not too long after the arrival of a new family member. Taya is a nearly-12-month-old Great Dane and (when standing straight up on her hind legs) is about a foot taller than Emma. The boys at Five Senses call Taya ‘the Horse’ and have been given strict instructions that “she is NOT to be ridden like a horse”.
Emma says, “Taya just can’t face a day without her early morning Baby Cino.”
The purchase of the Synesso was actually a matter of choice (well, for Chris at least). It was either brand new flooring or the beautifully sleek, fine-lined Synesso. Em decided to go with the Synesso, but even though the floors still haven’t been done, we don’t think there have been any complaints from Chris. Family and friends originally thought the purchase was a bit over-the-top … not anymore!
Since the puppy arrived and the Synesso was unveiled, the hierarchy within the household has certainly altered. Emma and Chris are currently battling it out for rightful third place.
