Middles takes up the challenge

In the interest of safety, Five Senses has implemented a number of different precautionary measures to minimise injuries in the workplace and to ensure staff are working in an appropriate manner… although Middles, who is having a break from uni to work in our prodution area, has taken the safety precautions a little bit too far.

Caleb’s nickname spawned from his classic case of middle child syndrome — he thrives on attention and, with his hilarious phrases and sayings, he also competes with Bo as the funniest person at the roastery.

In a workplace that is 90% males (sorry Dana and Emma), challenges and dares are a common occurrence. This month a challenge was put on the table for Middles to wear his new, green safety earmuffs for 72 hours … non-stop. That included: working, eating, sleeping, driving and (his true love), pro-gaming.

As seen in the photos, Caleb gave the challenge a real shake, but unfortunately was unable to complete the task — he was found on numerous occasions falling short of the challenge requirements.
