Part of this philosophy involves buying the best breads from local bakery, Dench Bakers, for their mouth-watering panini. These are prepared daily, using Dench’s certified organic flour and natural yeast. Their desserts, created by boutique, Italian-inspired pastry chefs, arrive early each morning.

Owner Andrew Viola is always ready with a friendly welcome, and knowledgeable head barista, Ben Marnell, ensures you get the best possible experience, each and every time. Serving a house blend that contains beans from Indonesia, PNG, Guatemala and Ethiopia, Andrew wanted to give customers an espresso with bright acidity and juicy, dark fruits, which is also strong enough to cut through milk. It sends the corporate high flyers into caffeine-fuelled super productivity!
