World Champ Serves Up Five Senses

Barista Toby Wilson at St. Hanore in Sydney’s suburb of Mosman took a weeklong break in July to represent Australia in the world 2010 Dragon Boat Championships. He has returned victorious with a gold medal!

The five day event was held in Macau, China with teams participating from all over Australia, Asia, Europe and North America. Australia made it to the finals in three events and took the gold in the 500m sprint. This win made Toby the youngest ever Australian to win a gold medal in the Dragon Boat Championships.

If in Mosman, pop into St. Hanore for a Five Senses coffee and have a chat with Toby about his experience. He is currently serving up two rocking options right now. The first is their house blend which is heavy bodied with a hint of golden syrup. If you fancy something more adventurous, give one of their single origins a go. Right now it’s the Rwandan Musasa, a sweet Bourbon coffee with a distinctive floral edge.
