Mooba Launches New Ordering App

Mooba Espresso Bar + Cafe in Perth launched a new Smartphone ordering app today which it believes is the first of its kind in Australia.

The app allows customers to place orders quickly and to specify exactly how they like their coffee, before collecting it from either the Subiaco or Wembley stores.

Mooba worked with local business Lateral IT Solutions for the past four months to perfect this application, which is free to download and incredibly easy to use.

The app has been built to optimize any possible combination of choices for your perfect coffee including size, milk, sugars and even temperature. A bonus: there’s also a feature that allows for bread or fresh baked muffins to be added to the order as well.

Four years ago Mooba pioneered SMS ordering, allowing customers to pre-order their coffee on their way to work. Today, Mooba receives 200 messages per day across its two outlets, and will continue to use the SMS ordering system for customers currently not using a Smartphone.
