Owner Niall obviously had a vision for his café, and has managed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. It’s a long drive to the roastery each morning for a few of us north-of-the-river-ites. There’s nothing better than breaking up the routine with a stop at one of our favourite cafes. On a particularly cold morning, we dropped in to The Grind on Hay Street to catch up with the girls and enjoy brekkie and a fantastic coffee.
