Sayers Food is yet another fantastic cafe that has recently opened in Perth and is fast making headway in the well established coffee centre that is Leederville.

Mark Sayer and his wife Steph opened only a few weeks ago near the Cinnamon Club in Carr Place, Leederville, and have already drawn a large crowd away from the busy rat race of Oxford Street to their funky Melbourne style enclave.

Mark, with his 25 years experience as a chef, has always been renowned for delicious high quality food. At Sayers, Mark uses only local fresh produce. You won’t find any tins or packets either, as everything is made from scratch on the premises.

If you’re looking for great food that is gluten or dairy free, then you may have found the place as he also considers in his menu preparation these dietary requirements with such things as his infamous kaffir lime and coconut tart; and pear and polenta cake.

While Mark is looking after the food, Steph looks after the front of house with her infectious smile and enthusiastic barista skills. They have built a great team of people already, so why not give it a try next time you’re in Leederville.
