Sangameshwar Coffee Estate owns and operates four different farms from different regions of India. Each farm consists of ‘fields’ which are kept separate from each other throughout the entire post-production process. This year we have picked our favourite of the fields (or lots) to separate and highlight the distinct varietal and terroir differences. This lot has been produced at the Gungegiri Farm using honey processing to highlight and enhance the flavour characteristics. Expect golden syrup, pear and fudge with a mouthfeel that’s round and creamy.
