On the brew bar we’ll be putting a range of Marco equipment through its paces including the sleek SP9. Perfect for the hands-free, high quality, small batch brewing needed to serve tasting flights, we reckon these SP9s hit the sweet spot for Australian filter coffee offerings – theatrical, low labour and small volume.
We’ll also be featuring the new Marco MIX unit which offers the latest energy efficient boiler technology out of this progressive company.
