Harvest
A blend of our most recently harvested coffees from Colombia, Papua New Guinea and Costa Rica. Designed to be fresh, sweet and clean, it’s a versatile combination which suits a broad range of tastes.
We continue to develop our relationship with an amazing group of farmers from the small town of Monseratte in Colombia. Their community straddles a ridge in the picturesque Cordillera Central mountain range in the Southwestern Departamento (state) of Huila, a well known coffee region of Colombia. This coffee adds body, sweetness and a delicate green apple acidity.
The Costa Rican component is from the Terrazu Mountains. It adds vibrancy and freshness, with herbaceous complexity and citric acidity. It’s from a co-operative of farmers who have worked together to ensure quality and consistency from year to year.
Last but not least, the final touch comes from Papua New Guinea. Our long term relationships with growers in the Highlands have been strong for over ten years. This coffee comes from a unique group of farmers with small holdings who have been trained in best practice, post-harvest processing. Their coffee is light, clean and fresh, with delicate floral and fruit tones that accentuate the sweetness of the Harvest blend.
