A blend of our most recently harvested coffees from Colombia, Costa Rica and Panama. Designed to be fresh, sweet and clean, it’s a versatile combination which suits a broad range of tastes.
We continue to develop our relationship with an amazing group of farmers from the small town of Monseratte in Colombia. Their community straddles a ridge in the picturesque Cordillera Central mountain range in the South western Departamento (state) of Huila, a well known coffee region in Colombia. This coffee adds body, sweetness and a delicate green apple acidity.
The Costa Rican component is from the Terrazu Mountains. It adds vibrancy and freshness with herbaceous complexity and citric acidity. It’s from a co-operative of farmers who have worked together to ensure quality and consistency from year to year.
The final touch comes from the stunning and very famous coffee growing region of Boquete in Panama. We visited Panama for the first time this year to select our coffees and were fortunate enough to meet up with the Suarez family. Their rich family history and the story of their Panamanian estates dates back to the early 1920’s. The particular lot we selected this year is 100% Typica from the Hortigal estate and was selected for its clarity of flavour and fresh lively character.
