Curated Cupping: Got Milk?

The standard Australian coffee order consists of three ingredients: Coffee, water and milk. Of these three ingredients milk will typically comprise 80% of the total volume of your coffee. But how much do we really know about the milk we’re drinking?

We will be exploring the world of milk chemistry from cow to cup. We will look at the differences between skim and full cream, small farm vs larger operations, jersey cow vs other cows and also look at the science behind alternative m*lks. Find out once and for all why you need a knife and fork to consume your extra hot soy latte. Hope to see you there!
