This privacy policy sets out how Five Senses Coffee uses and protects any information that you give Five Senses Coffee when you use this website or when interacting with any Five Senses associated email marketing automation platforms. Five Senses Coffee Pty. Ltd. (based in Australia), with the inclusion of its associated business (The Australian Barista Academy Pty. Ltd., also based in Australia) collects, uses and is responsible for certain personal information about you.
As the Five Senses Coffee website and its automated email marketing platforms reach is beyond Australian borders and in some cases within the European Economic Area, adhering to GDPR regulations is necessary.

Five Senses Coffee maintain presences on social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Your interactions with these platforms are governed by the privacy policies of the companies that provide them. Anything you submit to Five Senses via a social media platform is done so at your own risk without any expectation of privacy.
Further, any comments or information you supply on any blog that Five Senses operates can be read, used or collected by anyone. If your information appears in our blog pages and you want it removed, contact our Marketing team and we’d be happy to do that: marketing@fivesenses.com.au.
Our website may contain links to enable you to visit other websites of interest easily. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy policy. How we use your personal information

We use and disclose personal information to:
  • We may use the information to supply, improve and support the products and services we provide (this includes using the data you provide to use the Five Senses Coffee website and sharing this with our email marketing automation platform to improve the services that we provide);
  • Send you information and promotional content (this may include sharing your information with our email marketing automation platform). You can amend your marketing preferences in our preference centre or stop receiving messages or emails by unsubscribing;

Keeping your personal information secure

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality. We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach.
