Consumables warranty: If you are not 100% satisfied with any consumables purchased from the Five Senses website, please contact us via our contact page for a replacement or credit of the purchase price within 14 days of shipment.
All non-consumable products warranty (other than Baratza): If you are not 100% satisfied with any equipment purchased from the Five Senses website, please refer to the warranty stated on each individual product listed on our website.
Baratza specific warranty: If you are not 100% satisfied with your Baratza grinder, please refer to our Baratza Support Portal for how to make a warranty claim.
Please note that if requesting a replacement or refund, we must be informed of any damaged or faulty goods within 14 days of shipment. Damaged or faulty goods will either be replaced (as stock levels permit), repaired or the cost will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. We will credit any reasonable postage costs incurred when returning the goods.
