Recommended for all skill levels and covering every aspect of espresso preparation from brewing variables, to milk preparation and the basics of latte art, to repeatable skills and tasting. This course is ideal for budding baristas wanting to enter the industry and experienced baristas wanting to hone their skills through repeatable exercises.

Note: Due to COVID-19, we have reduced class sizes in an effort to increase the distance between class members. So for the foreseeable future we will have only 1 person per espresso machine. If you feel any flu-like symptoms, please don’t attend your scheduled class. We’ll be happy to rebook you at no extra charge.
