Acacia Hills, Honey Gesha
Bergamot & frangipani florals, sherbet peach & candied lemon with a delicate aftertaste.
Combining the inherent complex nature of the Gesha varietal with the Honey process, this coffee is complexly layered and delightfully elegant.
The decades of hard work from long time Five Senses’ partners, Leon and Aideen Christianakis at Acacia Hills, were celebrated in Feb 2021 when they won 6 of the top 10 places in an Alliance for Coffee Excellence Private Collection Auction. Multiple rounds of blind tasting confirmed what we’ve known for years – there’s some very delicious coffee growing on the Ngorongoro Crater! We’re very proud to share this delicious Honey processed Gesha lot, full of floral bergamot and frangipani along with a tangy sherbet peach. Enjoy!
Note: no discounts can be used on this coffee.

Acacia Hills Estate
This coffee estate in Tanzania is a partnership of growers and roasters. Owned by Mark Stell (Portland Roasting Company) and Leon and Aideen Christianakis (local Tanzanian coffee farmers), this relationship is a powerful combo that works to elevate coffee in the entire Ngorongoro region through a yearly cupping event.
