Rich, mixed berries with vibrant acidity & delicate jasmine.

Within the celebrated region of Guji, Ethiopia, 1200 small holder farmers around the Arsosala village are delivering their ripe harvest to the local washing station. Founded in 2015, the station receives these Bourbon and Typica variety cherries and meticulously dries them on raised beds for 15-17 days with the iconic natural process fruit flavours developing that whole time. The perfect growing conditions of Ethiopia and skillful work at the farm and washing station means we all get to enjoy these delicious cups full of rich, mixed berry with a vibrant acidity & delicate jasmine.
